Attention City Residents and Property Owners

Ely Municipal Code (EMC) 8-1-5 requires the removal of all snow accumulated overnight from your sidewalks by 9:00 a.m. the following day!

Do not deposit cleared snow into the City’s right-of-way.  Residents wanting City plows to clear snow next to their sidewalks must move their vehicles in advance.  Thank you for your cooperation!
